Job Description

Due to positive expansion of growth, we are seeking an Goods In Operative for our client who is a DIY/Electrical multi-channel retailer located in Perry Barr.

As a Goods In Operative you will be required to:

• Take delivery of goods
• Book in deliveries and keeping the warehouse organised
• Check for damaged or missing items
• Put stock away and move stock around by hand and using lifting gear
• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading of goods from vehicles
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:

• Physically fit
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Previous goods in experience is needed
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Good teamwork skills
• IT literate is essential

Working hours: 40 hours per week 8.30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work on a rota basis.

Pay: £8.72ph Temp -Perm
