Shane Ledger: (Operations Director)

Shane started life in recruitment back in 1998 as a trainee consultant, over the years Shane progressed through the ranks into Management and became Branch Manager for a successful Driving branch based in Birmingham. Shane then progressed into an Executive Manager role overseeing three Driving branches within the West Midlands area. Shane now oversees the Sales, Service and future planning elements to the business.

Nicole Gardner : (Senior Recruitment Consultant – Transport, Industrial  Engineering & Commercial)

After two years of studying Art and Design at a local college Nicole decided that university wasn’t what she could see herself doing in the future. Since, Nicole has found various part time roles, the most recent being in retail. After a period of time seeking her first full time opportunity Nicole was offered a position initially as a trainee administrator. After successfully covering the roles of payroll and administrator, Nicole rose to the challenge of becoming the branch Service Consultant and then progressed further into a fully-fledged Consultant covering all aspects of the Consultancy role.

Hannah Hastings: (Recruitment Consultant – Transport, Industrial, Engineering & Commercial)

After leaving school, Hannah decided she wanted to get straight into work. Not knowing what path she wanted to take, she tried various roles such as Childcare and Bar work. After working for a busy night club for a year she then decided it was time to try something new with daytime hours where she can progress and build her confidence. Hannah decided to give sales a try this boosted her confidence and she quickly succeeded and progressed. After winning best telesales Hannah was promoted to a Telesales Manager this is where she found her passion for recruitment and decided to take this avenue for her future.

Mitchell Heaven : (Administrator)

Before taking on an apprenticeship in business administration, Mitchell was doing A-levels in Drama, History and Business Studies in sixth form. It was doing Business Studies that motivated him into wanting to take on an apprenticeship within Business Administration and after achieving a B in the subject, he felt confident in pursuing his first job. After finishing his studies at sixth form, Mitchell began looking for an apprenticeship in Business Administration. Mitchell was introduced to us through an apprenticeship scheme provider and straight away we saw a very enthusiastic and confident applicant at interview, this made it an easy decision for us to offer an opportunity and career to  him. Mitchell has now taken on the role of Business Administrator and covers the payroll and administrative functions within the business.

Sharon Breen: (Senior Recruitment Consultant – Transport, Industrial, Engineering & Commercial)

With over 25 years working experience primarily within Administration and PA roles which have also included Sales support roles. Sharon has had the experience of working within many sectors during her career which have included Manufacturing and Commercial with her previous role being with one of the largest Trade Unions within the UK. Her skills and knowledge will assist her greatly in understanding the Recruitment Industry and the needs of both clients and candidates.

Rebecca Cooper (Recruitment Consultant – Transport, Industrial, Engineering & Commercial)

Rebecca has 17 years Debt Management experience mainly in the Banking sector. During this time Becky has managed various teams and people helping customers with their financial difficulties whether it’s for their personal bank accounts or their home. Becky has many years of delivering excellent customer service and recently decided for a career change going into Recruitment. Rebecca has excellent transferable skills of which we are sure she will utilise to good effect.

Nicole Theodosi: (Branch Administrator)

Nicola spent many years as a  hairdresser and felt the need for a change of career. She worked as a hair and beauty technician for 5 years at Halesowen College and was given training opportunities of which she achieved her Customer Services qualification and A1 assessors award.

Most recently Nicola worked as a post office counter clerk providing direct customer service. The role included sales such as all aspects of postage through to personal and business banking and also promoting sales of post office products such as insurance, travel money/ currency, saving accounts, telephone/ broadband.

Nicola has had a lot of reception / telephone experience within a lot of her working career and was given the opportunity to provide administration support within the Oldbury branch of Totally Recruitment after being made redundant from the post office.

This has been a total change of direction and a fresh challenge within a demanding industry for Nicola and we are very sure she will be able to put some of her previous experiences to good effect.
