Due to internal expansion, we are currently recruiting an Operations Administrator to join our client who are a well-established property law firm based in Leicester.
As an Operations Administrator you will be working alongside the Business Development Manager providing administrative support.
Ideally, you will be a self-motivated individual with proven experience in administration with a desire to progress within the company to become a Business Development Manager.
Duties to include:
Diary management for Business Development Managers.
Organising client meetings and ongoing customer follow ups.
Coordinating with other sites in the UK and India.
Participating in all video conference meetings and minute taking.
Managing existing and new customer queries.
Skills to include:
Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm would be an advantage
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Proficient in all MS applications
Proven administration experience
Ability to speak Hindi, Gujarati or Punjabi would be an advantage.
Working Hours and salary:-
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
