Job Description

We are recruiting for a Motor Claims Handler to work in the Credit Hire department of a well-established management/credit hire company based in Birmingham.

As a Motor Claims Handler you will act as the first notice of Loss (FNOL) motor claims handler within the claims department.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients
  • Taking details of road traffic accidents
  • Investigating and establishing liability
  • Instructing the fleet team to provide hire vehicles when required
  • Obtaining client ID’S and processing licence checks
  • Liaising with panel solicitors regarding clients uninsured losses

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Self Motivated

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am till 5pm
