Job Description
We are recruiting for a Motor Claims Handler to work in the Credit Hire department of a well-established management/credit hire company based in Birmingham.
As a Motor Claims Handler you will act as the first notice of Loss (FNOL) motor claims handler within the claims department.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients
- Taking details of road traffic accidents
- Investigating and establishing liability
- Instructing the fleet team to provide hire vehicles when required
- Obtaining client ID’S and processing licence checks
- Liaising with panel solicitors regarding clients uninsured losses
Requirements:
- At least 1 years administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Self Motivated
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am till 5pm
