Customer Service Advisor – Smethwick

Totally Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client located in Smethwick.

The Company:
Specialises in providing oven cleaning services and appliance cover to homeowners across the UK. As they continue their growth and expansion, they are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team

The Role:

  • Answering inbound calls/handling enquiries
  • Conducting confirmation calls to clients to confirm their appointments
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Re- arranging any appointments if needed due to weather etc
  • Tracking all appointment information on Excel ensuring all details are correct
  • Upselling other company products and services

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in Excel is a must
  • Hard working
  • Can work under pressure/ in a busy office environment
  • Previous customer service/sales experience
  • Excellent telephone manner

Working Hours..
Monday – Friday
10am-7pm 2days a week
9am-6pm 3days a week (one being Fridays)
£7.50 + Commission.
