A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a leading multi-channel retailer based in Perry Barr, Birmingham.
The purpose of this role is to provide a quality and friendly service to our customers, with the aim of increasing our customer retention, customer satisfaction, and receiving positive customer reviews.
Within the company, you are required to liaise with internal departments such as purchasing, warehouse, trade counter, and marketing. You will deal with third parties, including couriers, suppliers and manufacturers on a daily basis to ensure we provide our customers with the best possible service.
