Job Description

We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client based in Stourbridge.

Working within the automotive industry, you will join an extremely well established, independent business of which operates as a Garage and MOT Station. The company boasts a great reputation due to pride in its work and customer service.

The main responsibilities of this role are to provide professional administrational support and customer service to the business and its customers, this often requires working independently.

Duties include:-

  • Answering telephone and dealing with customer enquiries/booking in work.
  • Management of diary for booking in customers work.
  • Deal with customers face to face when required.
  • Data input – Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger (using Sage 50)
  • Preparing Invoices
  • Bank reconciliation


  • Experience with ‘Sage 50’ accounts software is required.
  • Previous experience within the Automotive Industry / Motor Trade would be preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Hours of work: 9am – 5.30pm – Monday to Friday (1/2 hour lunch)
