Totally Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to work for a busy logistics company based within the Bordesley Green area.
This will be a 9-month Maternity cover contract with the possibility of a full time role.
As an Administrator, you will be required to conduct basic duties such as….
·Digi Card downloading
·Dealing with incoming calls
You will also be required to liaise with the transport planners and supervisors on a daily basis and deal with any other duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate must have…
·Previous experience working within a similar role.
·Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
·A professional and polite telephone manner.
·The ability to work well under pressure.
Hours of work – Monday to Friday, 09.00am until 4.00pm, no weekends.
Own transport it preferred but not essential to travel to and from work.
